Structure

The collaboration began as a 6-month ‘sponsored development’ pilot program. Due to its success, the partnership subsequently was extended to a 3-year term where Galehead developed and delivered more projects to the Partner.

Results

Galehead successfully delivered 9 projects, totaling a 1.28 GW acquisition, of utility-scale solar and paired storage assets. This achievement significantly enhanced the Partner’s portfolio, handing them impactful, pre-NTP assets, enabling them to reinforce their position in the renewable energy market.
